Whipped up in an instant these meringues are perfect with fruit or crumbled on desserts.




  1. Pre-heat oven - 110°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Strain canned chickpeas into a clean jug and reserve liquid
  4. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Transfer content of jug to kCook bowl
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 9
  9. Then add cream of tartar, icing sugar and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  10. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  12. Pipe content of piping bag onto baking sheet
  13. Bake - 2 hr, 110°C
  14. Let cool
  15. Serve
