Serve these cookies while slightly warm for crunchy edges and a chewy centre.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add butter and golden caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  7. Then add egg yolk, ground almonds, dehydrated apple slices, all purpose flour, baking powder, milk and toffee sweets to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  9. Wrap with plastic wrap
  10. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  11. Roll into balls
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Place dough balls on baking sheet
  14. Flatten slightly
  15. Bake - 10 min, 170°C
  16. Let cool - 5 min
  17. Serve warm
