Ingredients

• 110g Butter
• 225g Dark Chocolate
• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 2 tablespoons Golden Syrup
• 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
• 225g Biscuits
• 50g Raisins

• Parchment paper
• Kenwood Chef
• Kenwood bowl - kenwood chef
• Round pan - 10"

Method

1. Line a clean round pan with parchment paper
2. Attach K Beater
3. Add butter, sugar, golden syrup and cocoa powder to the Kenwood Bowl
4. Mix - 30 sec, Speed Min
5. Then add biscuits and raisins to the Kenwood Bowl
6. Mix - 30 sec, Speed Min
7. Then add dark chocolate to the Kenwood Bowl
8. Mix - 30 sec, Speed Min
9. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to round pan
10. Level
11. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
12. Slice
13. Serve
