A glorious sticky sweet apple & toffee-topped treat.
Ingredients
3 Golden Delicious Apples
50g Unsalted Butter
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
75g Caster Sugar
500g Puff Pastry

Rolling pin

Medium bowl
Tart pan - 9.5 x 1"

Method
Pre-heat oven - 200°C
Grease a clean tart pan
Add lemon juice and golden delicious apple to a clean medium bowl
Mix with tablespoon then set aside
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add caster sugar to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Cook with filler cap removed - 9 min, 180°C, speed 1
Then add unsalted butter to the caramel
Stir - 30 sec, speed 4
Arrange soaked fruit in tart pan
Pour caramel into tart pan carefully
Place puff pastry on a clean work surface
Roll out
Trim the edges, leaving a border of 0.5 cm
Transfer pastry to tart pan
Cover carefully
Bake - 15 min, 200°C
Remove from oven and let cool
Turn out cake onto serving plate
Serve
