Ingredients

• 120g Unsalted Butter
• 200g All Purpose Flour
• 80g Icing Sugar
• 80g Ground Almonds
• 1 pinch Salt
• 50g Egg

Tools

• Plastic wrap
• kCook Multi
• Work surface
• Kcook bowl

Method

1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
2. Add unsalted butter and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
6. Then add icing sugar, ground almonds, salt and egg to the kCook bowl
7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
9. Divide into halves
10. Wrap with plastic wrap
11. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
12. Use
