Perfect for making sweet tarts such as custard, jam or cherry bakewell.
Ingredients
- 75g Icing Sugar
- 100g Butter
- 200g All Purpose Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100g Egg

- Plastic wrap
- kCook Multi
- Lightly floured surface
- Kcook bowl
Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add icing sugar and butter to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
- Then add all purpose flour, salt and egg to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap fitted until mixture comes together - 20 sec, speed 12
- Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
- Divide into halves
- Wrap with plastic wrap
- Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
