Sweet and Spicy Chilli

This recipe adds a sweet kick to change up this traditional dish.
Ingredients
- 400g Chicken Breast
- 400g Canned Cannellini Beans
- 200g Button Mushroom
- 300g Sweet Potato
- 150g Onion
- 1 Red Chili
- 200g Chicken Stock
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Oregano
- 400g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 tablespoon Cornflour
- 1 tablespoon Water

Method
- Attach the Stir Tool
- Add chicken breast, canned cannellini beans, button mushroom, sweet potato, onion, red chili, tinned chopped tomatoes, chicken stock, garlic clove, fresh oregano, ground cumin and ground coriander to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 5 min, 105°C, Stir 2
- Season to taste
- Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 1 hr 45 min, 98°C, Stir 3
- Add cornflour and water to a clean small bowl
- Stir until combined
- Transfer cornflour mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook until thickened - 10 min, 100°C, Stir 3
- Serve
