This recipe adds a sweet kick to change up this traditional dish.

  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add chicken breast, canned cannellini beans, button mushroom, sweet potato, onion, red chili, tinned chopped tomatoes, chicken stock, garlic clove, fresh oregano, ground cumin and ground coriander to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 5 min, 105°C, Stir 2
  5. Season to taste
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 1 hr 45 min, 98°C, Stir 3
  7. Add cornflour and water to a clean small bowl
  8. Stir until combined
  9. Transfer cornflour mixture to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook until thickened - 10 min, 100°C, Stir 3
  11. Serve
