This sweet & sour sauce is ready in just 3 minutes. Use as a dipping sauce or to accompany chicken or pork.
Ingredients
- 200g Water
- 75g Soy Sauce
- 100g White Wine Vinegar
- 200g Sugar
- 20g Ketchup
- 20g Cornflour

Method
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add water, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, sugar, ketchup and cornflour to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Whisk with filler cap removed - 2 min 30 sec, 100°C, speed 4
- Serve
