Summer Fruit Puree

This Summer Fruit Purée is suitable for babies 6 months+ and can be created with the Triblade Pan Blending attachment.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a pan and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes until the fruit becomes tender.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and using the Triblade pan blender push into the mixture to create a puree. Process on the standard speed or speed 2 depending on the model.
  3. Serve warm and consume immediately or the baby food can be frozen in portions.
