A tasty strawberry jam perfect for a sponge cake, to top scones or simply on toast.

  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add jam sugar and pectin to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
  5. Then add strawberries to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed Min
  7. Let rest - 10 min
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened then scrape bowl - 40 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  9. Then add lemon juice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Stir 1
  11. Carefully remove the splash guard to allow the steam escape and let cool
  12. Pour jam into jar carefully
  13. Chill in fridge until needed
  14. Use
