  1. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min 10 sec, 80°C, speed 3
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  8. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  10. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 120°C, speed 3
  12. Then add button mushroom and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  14. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 3
  16. Then add vegetable stock and stout to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 3
  18. Then add redcurrant jelly to the kCook bowl
  19. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 5
