This fish is wonderful served with freshly steamed vegetables and a slice of lemon. You could also add herbs or slices of lemon to the inside of the fish before steaming.

Method

  1. Get the steamer tray
  2. Line with parchment paper
  3. Add whole sea bream to the steamer tray
  4. Season with salt & pepper
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 litre mark
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Steam with filler cap removed - 20 min, 104°C
  9. Serve immediately
