These fluffy bread rolls make a delicious gluten free alternative.

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water and dried yeast to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  6. Then add gluten-free flour, salt and rice bran oil to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 10
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  10. Knead briefly
  11. Form into balls
  12. Grease the steamer tray lightly
  13. Transfer dough to steamer tray
  14. Cover until doubled - approx 1 hr
  15. Clean kCook bowl
  16. Add water to the kCook bowl
  17. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  18. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  19. Steam with filler cap removed - 35 min, 104°C
  20. Serve
