These fluffy bread rolls make a delicious gluten free alternative.
Ingredients
150ml Water
7g Dried Yeast
250g Gluten-Free Flour
10g Salt
10g Rice Bran Oil
1 kg Water
Tools
kCook Multi
Kcook bowl
Steamer tray
Lightly floured surface
Method
Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
Add water and dried yeast to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
Then add gluten-free flour, salt and rice bran oil to the kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 10
Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
Knead briefly
Form into balls
Grease the steamer tray lightly
Transfer dough to steamer tray
Cover until doubled - approx 1 hr
Clean kCook bowl
Add water to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Steam with filler cap removed - 35 min, 104°C
Serve
