Method

  1. Grease 6 clean Dariole molds
  2. Chill in fridge
  3. Add dark chocolate and unsalted butter to a clean heatproof bowl
  4. Heat in microwave until melted then set aside
  5. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add caster sugar and egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  9. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 6
  10. Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 6
  11. Pour chocolate mixture into kCook bowl while machine is running
  12. Add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  13. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  15. Pipe chocolate mixture onto 6 Dariole molds evenly
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Add water to the kCook bowl
  18. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  20. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  21. Place content of Dariole molds on steamer tray
  22. Fit
  23. Steam - 40 min, 104°C
  24. Turn out Dariole molds carefully
  25. Serve
