250g Dark Chocolate
150g Unsalted Butter
125g Caster Sugar
4 Eggs
60g All Purpose Flour
1L Water
Tools
Microwave
Pastry brush
kCook Multi
Steamer tray
Heatproof bowl
Piping bag
Kcook bowl
Dariole molds
Method
Grease 6 clean Dariole molds
Chill in fridge
Add dark chocolate and unsalted butter to a clean heatproof bowl
Heat in microwave until melted then set aside
Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
Add caster sugar and egg to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 6
Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 6
Pour chocolate mixture into kCook bowl while machine is running
Add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
Pipe chocolate mixture onto 6 Dariole molds evenly
Clean kCook bowl
Add water to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
Place content of Dariole molds on steamer tray
Fit
Steam - 40 min, 104°C
Turn out Dariole molds carefully
Serve
