These soft, delicate biscuits make a delicious light snack.
Ingredients
80g All Purpose Flour
3 Egg Whites
80g Caster Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
2 tablespoons Icing Sugar

Piping bag
Baking sheet - 18 x 13"
Kcook bowl
Method
Pre-heat oven - 200°C
Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
Add egg white and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Whisk with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 9
Then add egg yolk to the kCook bowl
Whisk with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 4
Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
Whisk with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
Pipe batter onto baking sheet
Sprinkle with icing sugar
Let rest - approx 30 sec
Sprinkle with icing sugar
Bake until light golden - 14 min, 200°C
