  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg white and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Whisk with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 9
  8. Then add egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  9. Whisk with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 4
  10. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  11. Whisk with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  13. Pipe batter onto baking sheet
  14. Sprinkle with icing sugar
  15. Let rest - approx 30 sec
  16. Sprinkle with icing sugar
  17. Bake until light golden - 14 min, 200°C
  18. Serve
