This quick flatbread only takes 10 minutes in the oven and requires no yeast! If you are short on time and don’t have any yeast or yoghurt in the house, these easy no yeast flatbreads are quick and can be topped with anything you like. For this recipe, we have topped our flatbreads with a savoury and a little salty combination of pesto, spinach and feta. Why not try this combination out and sprinkle some crispy onions for that added crunch.

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add plain flour, baking powder and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  6. Then add olive oil, caster sugar and water to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  8. Let rest - 10 min
  9. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  10. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  11. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  12. Divide into halves
  13. Roll out into an oval shape
  14. Place shaped dough on baking tray
  15. Spread with pesto evenly
  16. Sprinkle with baby spinach and feta cheese
  17. Bake until light golden - 10 min, 200°C
  18. Serve
