Ingredients

• 250g Plum Tomato
• 150g Red Onion
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 1 Jalapeño Pepper
• 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
• 4 sprigs Cilantro

Method

1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
2. Add plum tomato and red onion to the kCook bowl
3. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
4. Add jalapeño pepper, olive oil, lime juice and cilantro to the kCook bowl
5. Season
6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
8. Blend with filler cap fitted - 25 sec, speed 8
9. Serve
