This quick spice tomato salsa is ideal as a refreshing dip for tortilla or potato chips.
Ingredients
- 250g Plum Tomato
- 150g Red Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 4 sprigs Cilantro

Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add plum tomato and red onion to the kCook bowl
- Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Add jalapeño pepper, olive oil, lime juice and cilantro to the kCook bowl
- Season
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 25 sec, speed 8
- Serve
