Spicy Fruit Pudding

Ingredients
- 125g self raising flour
- 2.5ml mixed spice
- 2.5ml powdered ginger
- 5ml cinnamon
- 100g creamed margarine
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg
- 60ml milk
- 100g dried fruit
Method
- Place all the ingredients except the fruit in the bowl and mix on speed 1 increasing to maximum as the ingredients are incorporated.
- Beat for one minute, and then fold in the fruit on a low speed.
- Pour in to a greased 500ml pudding basin and cover with foil.
- Steam for 2 - 2½ hours.
Serve with lemon or caramel sauce
