A quick tasty starter, lunch or light dinner. Serve with a salad and our citrus mayonnaise recipe.

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add spring onion, fresh chilli, breadcrumbs, coriander and lime to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Stir with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  6. Then add white crab meat to the kCook bowl
  7. Stir with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  8. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  9. Stir with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  10. Shape into rounds
  11. Roll in plain flour
  12. Add vegetable oil to a clean frying pan
  13. Heat in frying pan
  14. Fry each side in frying pan until golden brown
  15. Pat dry with paper towels
  16. Serve
