A traditional Spanish hot chocolate, thick, creamy and totally addictive! Add sugar if necessary before serving. This recipe will give you 8 small cups of hot chocolate.

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add milk to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 70°C, speed 4
  6. Then add dark chocolate and cocoa powder to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 70°C, speed 4
  8. Add milk and cornstarch to a clean small bowl
  9. Stir with tablespoon until combined
  10. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 70°C, speed 5
  12. Serve
