Spanish Hot Chocolate

A traditional Spanish hot chocolate, thick, creamy and totally addictive! Add sugar if necessary before serving. This recipe will give you 8 small cups of hot chocolate.
Ingredients
- 250g Dark Chocolate
- 470ml Milk
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons Cornstarch

Method
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add milk to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 70°C, speed 4
- Then add dark chocolate and cocoa powder to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 70°C, speed 4
- Add milk and cornstarch to a clean small bowl
- Stir with tablespoon until combined
- Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 70°C, speed 5
- Serve
