A fresh, light pate. Delightful for canapes, starters or a light lunch. Serve on toasted sliced baguette.

  1. Fit fine grating disc (2) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Grate red bell pepper, celery stalk and carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add smoked salmon, avocado, cherry tomatoes, capers, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - approx 2 min, speed 6
  11. Serve
  12. Garnish with cucumber and dill
