Smoked Salmon Tartare with Vegetables

A fresh, light pate. Delightful for canapes, starters or a light lunch. Serve on toasted sliced baguette.
Ingredients
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 40g Celery Stalk
- 100g Carrot
- 500g Smoked Salmon
- 1 Avocado
- 50g Cherry Tomatoes
- 20g Capers
- 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 25g Cucumber
- 2 teaspoons Dill
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Method
- Fit fine grating disc (2) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Grate red bell pepper, celery stalk and carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add smoked salmon, avocado, cherry tomatoes, capers, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - approx 2 min, speed 6
- Serve
- Garnish with cucumber and dill
