A simplified stew recipe, perfect for dinner on a cold day, serve with crusty bread.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  6. Then add beef shoulder, pearl onion and garlic purée to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 140°C, speed 4
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 3
  9. Then add red wine to the kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 4
  11. Then add beef stock and bay leaves to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr 25 min, 98°C, speed 1
  13. Then add potato and pearl onion to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap fitted - 35 min, 98°C, speed 1
  15. Season to taste
  16. Remove
  17. Serve
