This seafood salad is fresh and zingy, perfect for any summer party.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add water to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 98°C
  7. Then add salt and jumbo shrimp to the kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C
  9. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander then set aside
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Slice green onion and green bell pepper into a clean medium bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Add arugula and tomato to the salad
  13. Mix
  14. Add seafood to salad
  15. Add extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh parsley and salt to a clean medium glass bowl
  16. Mix until combined
  17. Drizzle salad with dressing
  18. Serve
