This recipe uses the steamer attachment to steam the fish, seafood and peas whilst you cook the sauce in the kCook bowl below. The crumble topping is a simple mixture of panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and dill.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C, speed 3
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice leek into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Add garlic clove and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 140°C, speed 4
  13. Then add fresh parsley, bay leaves, white wine, lemon juice, double cream and parmesan cheese to the kCook bowl
  14. Add fish fillet and mixed seafood to the steamer tray to bottom tray
  15. Add frozen peas to the steamer tray to top shelf
  16. Fit
  17. Steam - 5 min, 104°C, speed 1
  18. Remove
  19. Transfer fish to ceramic baking dish
  20. Add cornstarch and water to a clean small bowl and mix
  21. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  22. Transfer mixture to kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 98°C, speed 4
  24. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish and mix
  25. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  26. Add panko breadcrumbs and dill to a clean large mixing bowl
  27. Mix with tablespoon
  28. Add olive oil to the large mixing bowl
  29. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  30. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to ceramic baking dish evenly
  31. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 180°C
  32. Serve
