A classic Indian dish, great as a starter, side or appetiser at parties, our version is baked so it is that bit healthier.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add sunflower oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice shallot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 98°C, speed 3
  13. Then add ground beef, lemon, cilantro, ground cumin, curry powder, paprika and salt to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 13 min, 98°C, speed 3
  15. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
  16. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  17. Add phyllo sheets to a clean cutting board
  18. Cut into rectangles
  19. Spoon content of kCook bowl into pastry
  20. Fold tightly
  21. Add unsalted butter to the pastry
  22. Transfer pastry to baking sheet
  23. Bake until golden brown - 7 min, 220°C
  24. Serve
