Salted Caramel Popcorn Squares

This sweet and salty treat can be made in advance of when you need them. They are a great treat for children and adults alike.
Ingredients
- 50g Dark Chocolate
- 70g Salted Popcorn
- 50g Rice Krispies
- 50g Pretzels
- 320g Caster Sugar
- 80g Water
- 170g Double Cream
- 150g Mini Marshmallows

- Kenwood Chef
- Kenwood bowl - kenwood chef
- Square pan - 9"
- Saucepan
Method
- Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
- Attach K Beater
- Add salted popcorn, rice krispies and pretzels to the Kenwood Bowl
- Add caster sugar and water to a clean saucepan
- Heat until sugar has dissolved without stirring - medium heat
- Heat until golden brown - high heat
- Remove and turn off heat
- Add double cream and mini marshmallows to the saucepan
- Stir until melted
- Transfer content of saucepan to Kenwood Bowl
- Mix - 1 min, Speed Min
- Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to square pan
- Use a piece of parchment paper to pat down and level the popcorn mixture
- Drizzle with dark chocolate
- Chill in fridge - approx 2 hr
- Cut into squares
- Serve
