An easy weeknight dinner, this recipe uses pantry ingredients that you likely already have, to bring together a quick and delicious meal when your cupboards are looking bare. The pork is seasoned with soy sauce, nutty sesame oil and salt, along with plenty of ground black pepper which gives this dish aromatic heat without it being too spicy. To speed things up, use microwaveable rice sachets to serve alongside.

  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add vegetable oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add green onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  7. Then add ginger purée and garlic purée to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  9. Then add ground pork to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 140°C, Stir 2
  11. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 160°C, Stir 2
  12. Then season with fine sea salt and black pepper
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 160°C, Stir 2
  14. Then add sesame oil and soy sauce to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 140°C, Stir 2
  16. Then serve with basmati rice
