A classic Spanish soup, perfect served with a boiled egg and shredded ham. To make this recipe, we have used regular white bread, but if you want recreate the traditional recipe, you can use some telera bread.

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add plum tomato, soft bread without crust, garlic clove and extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  3. Season
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
  7. Scrape
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 10
  9. Scrape
  10. Blend with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 10
  11. Serve
