Salmon Florentine

You don’t need to go to Florence, Italy to enjoy this fast and easy salmon recipe at home! Perfect for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
- 400g Salmon Fillet
- 50g Button Mushroom
- 30g Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 120g Spinach
- 1 tablespoon Wholegrain Mustard
- 100ml Crème Fraîche

- Baking dish - medium
Method
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Attach the Stir Tool
- Add olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
- Then add salmon fillet, spinach and button mushroom to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 4 min, 120°C, Stir 2
- Then add wholegrain mustard and crème fraîche to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, 120°C, Stir 2
- Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to baking dish
- Top with parmesan cheese
- Bake - 20 min, 180°C
- Serve
