  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add all purpose flour, fresh cheese, egg and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  7. Form into a ball and bring together
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge and continue
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 liter mark
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C, speed 1
  16. Add broccoli to the steamer tray
  17. Steam - 15 min, 104°C, speed 1
  18. Add egg, whipping cream and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  20. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  21. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  22. Transfer pastry to lightly floured surface
  23. Roll out until 2mm thick
  24. Transfer pastry to tart pan
  25. Line until covered and trim the edges
  26. Add salmon filet to the tart pan
  27. Transfer content of steamer tray to tart pan
  28. Pour content of kCook bowl into tart pan carefully
  29. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  30. Serve
