Fire up the BBQ to make this rum glazed grilled pineapple dessert. You can cook the pineapples on a BBQ or griddle to boost their flavours to a whole new level. Why not try serving it with some vanilla ice cream and toasted coconut, it's a grown-up dessert that's sure to impress.

  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add dark rum, light brown sugar, ground nutmeg, mixed spice and ground cinnamon to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 100°C, Stir 1
  5. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  6. Heat a clean griddle pan - high heat
  7. Add pineapple to the griddle pan
  8. Brush fruit with glaze
  9. Cook then turn over - 5 min
  10. Brush the pineapple again with the rum glaze
  11. Cook - 5 min
  12. Repeat until all pineapple has been cooked
  13. Serve
