Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Salted Butter
• 130ml Double Cream
• 240g Roquefort Cheese

• Kcook bowl

Method

1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
2. Add salted butter and double cream to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
5. Heat with filler cap removed - 90°C, speed 3
6. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 70°C, speed 3
7. Then add roquefort cheese to the kCook bowl
8. Stir with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
9. Then add roquefort cheese to the kCook bowl
10. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
11. Serve
