Simple and easy to make, these roast potatoes go well with a roast dinner or any cooked meat. Once steamed and moved onto the baking tray, press down on them gently just to break the surface of the potatoes. This is what makes them crispy when roasted in the oven.




  1. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  6. Add baby potato to the steamer tray to top shelf
  7. Fit
  8. Steam - 35 min, 104°C
  9. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  10. Transfer content of steamer tray to baking pan
  11. Drizzle with olive oil generously
  12. Crush gently
  13. Bake until golden brown - 25 min
  14. Serve
