  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Grate onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add olive oil and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  9. Season
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  12. Then add paella rice to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 98°C, speed 4
  14. Then add tinned chopped tomatoes and red pepper flakes to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 4
  16. Then add fish stock to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 98°C, speed 3
  18. Then add saffron threads to the kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 98°C, speed 4
  20. Then add monkfish and tiger prawns to the kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap fitted - 16 min, 98°C, speed 3
  22. Serve
