A delicious and light dessert, ideal for Mother's Day.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add rhubarb and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 94°C, speed 3
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  7. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  10. Add double cream to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  14. Then add mascarpone cheese and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  15. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  16. Transfer content of large glass bowl to kCook bowl
  17. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 4
  18. Serve
  19. Garnish with strawberries
