Refreshing Orange Passion Smoothie

Tangy, sweet and refreshing orange smoothie.
- 1 large orange, peeled and cut into segments
- 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 pot of fat free yogurt (which can be changed to fruit juice or milk if preferred)
- 7 ice cubes (for an extra burst of cold)
- Place all ingredients in the blender
- Blitz to a smooth consistency - the longer you blitz, the less 'bits'!
