Raspberry, Chocolate and Sultana Flapjack

A quick chocolatey flapjack, easy and fun to make with children and perfect as a small treat or snack.

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Attach Creaming beater
  4. Add dark chocolate, unsalted butter, golden syrup and caster sugar to the EasyWarm Bowl
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 7, Stir 1
  6. Then add oats, raspberries and sultanas to the EasyWarm Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 1
  8. Transfer content of EasyWarm Bowl to square pan
  9. Spread until level
  10. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  11. Remove from oven and let cool
  12. Cut into squares
  13. Serve
