A quick and easy raspberry jam recipe.
Ingredients
- 500g Raspberries
- 350g Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Method
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add raspberries and sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 80°C, speed 2
- Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 104°C, speed 4
- Then add lemon juice to the jam
- Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 104°C, speed 2
- Transfer jam to jar and cover
- Let cool completely
- Store
