A quick and easy raspberry jam recipe.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add raspberries and sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 80°C, speed 2
  6. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 104°C, speed 4
  7. Then add lemon juice to the jam
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 104°C, speed 2
  9. Transfer jam to jar and cover
  10. Let cool completely
  11. Store
