Light, crispy homemade crackers make a welcome addition to cheese boards or can be served as a healthy snack with hummus. Be creative with shapes and try adding toppings like seeds and ground spices.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Attach Dough Hook
  4. Add all purpose flour, granulated sugar and salt to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix until combined - approx 5 sec, Speed 3
  6. Then add olive oil and water to the Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix until smooth - 5 min, Speed 1
  8. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to lightly floured surface
  9. Roll out
  10. Roll
  11. Cut out
  12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  13. Prick
  14. Brush with water lightly
  15. Sprinkle with sea salt
  16. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 200°C
  17. Let cool completely
  18. Serve
