Ingredients

• 100g Butter
• White Chocolate as needed
• 150g Mini Marshmallows
• 150g Puffed Rice

Tools

• Parchment paper
• Chef Patissier XL
• Square pan - 8"
• Easywarm bowl

Method

1. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
2. Attach Creaming beater
3. Add butter and mini marshmallows to the EasyWarm Bowl
4. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 8 min, 7, Speed 1
5. Then add puffed rice to the EasyWarm Bowl
6. Mix with splashguard fitted until coated - 1 min, Speed Min
7. Spoon mixture into square pan
8. Level with a spatula
9. Chill in fridge until set
10. Remove the square pan from the fridge
11. Cut into squares
12. Drizzle with white chocolate
13. Serve
