An indulgent starter of soft brioche bread, filled with cheese and ham.
Ingredients
100g Egg
70g Unsalted Butter
50ml Milk
6g Dried Yeast
250g Bread Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
20g Caster Sugar
250g Brie
8 slices Prosciutto
2 Eggs

Plastic wrap
Rolling pin

Lightly floured surface
Jug
Kcook bowl
Baking sheet - 18 x 13"
Medium bowl
Cutting board
Method
Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
Add milk and dried yeast to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Heat with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
Then add bread flour, salt, caster sugar, egg and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 10
Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
Knead
Transfer dough to medium bowl
Cover with plastic wrap
Prove - 1 hr
Add brie to a clean cutting board
Wrap with prosciutto completely then set aside
Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
Roll out into a circle
Transfer content of cutting board to dough
Wrap until covered
Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
Transfer dough to baking sheet
Brush with egg
Chill in fridge - 1 hr
Let rise - 1 hr
Pre-heat oven - 180°C
Bake - 22 min, 180°C
Serve immediately
