1- Pre-heat oven - 200°C 2- Grease and line a clean baking tray with parchment paper 3- Attach the Creaming Beater 4- Add water, milk, unsalted butter and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl 5- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield 6- Cook with splashguard fitted until boiling - 2 min, 104°C, Stir 1 7- Then add bread flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl 8- Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 104°C, Speed 3 9- Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 110- Add egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl gradually while machine is running11- Mix with splashguard fitted until glossy - 2 min, Speed 312- Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to piping bag13- Pipe content of piping bag onto baking tray evenly14- Use a wet finger to smooth the tops of the choux buns15- Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 200°C16- Remove from oven17- Using a skewer, make a hole in the base of choux buns18- Bake until dry - 5 min, 200°C19- Remove from oven and let cool20- Use a piping bag to fill each choux bun with your chosen filling21- Clean Cooking Chef bowl22- Attach the Creaming Beater23- Add dark chocolate and whipping cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl24- Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 60°C, Stir 125- Set aside until thickened26- Dip the filled choux buns in the warm chocolate sauce or pour it over the top27- ServeAll recipes | Cake Recipes | Dessert Recipes | Italian Recipes
