Potato pancakes can be served for breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon, or with poached eggs and garnished with chopped chives.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Slice potato into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 98°C, speed 3
  11. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  12. Clean kCook bowl
  13. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Transfer potatoes to kCook bowl
  16. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  17. Mix with filler cap removed - 10 sec, speed 7
  18. Then add double cream, egg, milk, salt & pepper, all purpose flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  19. Season
  20. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  21. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jug
  22. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  23. Heat - medium-high heat
  24. Spoon batter into frying pan into rounds
  25. Fry each side until golden brown - approx 1 min
  26. Serve
