Delicately spiced poach plums best served with clotted cream or ice cream. Perfect for Winter dinner parties.
Ingredients
- 1 Vanilla Bean Pods
- 4 Plums
- 250g Water
- 200g Sugar
- 2 Star Anise Pods

Method
- Attach the Stir Tool
- Add water, sugar, star anise pod and vanilla bean pod to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 95°C, Stir 2
- Then add plum to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 100°C, Stir 3
- Serve
