Plum Jam

A simple jam recipe that is delicious on toast or crusty bread.
Ingredients
- 500g Plum
- 350g Sugar
- 130ml Pectin
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

- Kcook bowl
- Jar
Method
- Prepare 2 clean jars
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add sugar, plum and pectin to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed until sugar has dissolved - 15 min, 80°C, speed 2
- Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 104°C, speed 4
- Then add lemon juice to the jam
- Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 104°C, speed 2
- Transfer jam to 2 jars carefully
- Cover immediately and let cool
- Serve
