Method
Fit max blade to kCook bowl
Add almond milk, avocado, vanilla extract and unsalted pistachios to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
Then add medjool dates to the kCook bowl
Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
Then add spirulina to the kCook bowl
Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
Pour content of kCook bowl into loaf pan then set aside
Clean kCook bowl
Fit max blade to kCook bowl
Add unsalted pistachios to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan evenly
Freeze overnight
Serve
