  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add almond milk, avocado, vanilla extract and unsalted pistachios to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  6. Then add medjool dates to the kCook bowl
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  8. Then add spirulina to the kCook bowl
  9. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  10. Pour content of kCook bowl into loaf pan then set aside
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  13. Add unsalted pistachios to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  17. Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan evenly
  18. Freeze overnight
  19. Serve
