Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives
• 200g Radish
• 300g Cream Cheese
• 1 teaspoon Pink Peppercorns
• 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

• kCook Multi
• Kcook bowl

Method

1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
4. Add cream cheese, fresh chives, pink peppercorns and olive oil to the kCook bowl
5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
7. Grate radish into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
10. Stir with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
11. Serve
