Method
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add champagne and sugar to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 94°C, speed 3
Then add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the kCook bowl
Stir with filler cap removed - 3 min, 60°C, speed 3
Strain content of kCook bowl into jug
Transfer content of jug to 4 drinking glasses evenly
