Pink Champagne Jellies

This jelly looks and tastes amazing any way it is served. For something special, serve in coupe glasses and try topped with our chantilly cream recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 Silver Leaf Gelatin Sheets
- 4 Strawberries
- 690g Champagne
- 215g Sugar

- Small bowl

Method
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add champagne and sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 94°C, speed 3
- Then add silver leaf gelatin sheet to the kCook bowl
- Stir with filler cap removed - 3 min, 60°C, speed 3
- Strain content of kCook bowl into jug
- Transfer content of jug to 4 drinking glasses evenly
- Garnish with strawberries evenly
- Refrigerate overnight in fridge
- Serve
