Pineapple Sorbet

A tropical, refreshing dessert, great for the Summer. Remember to place the bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance.
Ingredients
- 250g Water
- 400g Pineapple
- 250g Caster Sugar
Tools
- Jug
- Frozen dessert maker attachment
- Airtight container
Method
- Place the freezer bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance
- Attach the Frozen Dessert Maker attachment to the machine
- Add water, pineapple and caster sugar to a clean jug
- Mix until sugar has dissolved
- Pour mixture into Frozen Dessert Maker attachment carefully
- Mix - 30 minutes, speed Min
- Transfer mixture to airtight container and cover
- Chill in freezer - 4 hr
- Serve
