Ingredients

• 240ml Pineapple Juice
• 120ml White Rum
• 120ml Coconut Cream
• 200g Ice
• Pineapple as needed

Tools

• kCook Multi
• Kcook bowl
• Cocktail glass

Method

1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
2. Add pineapple juice, white rum, coconut cream and ice to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
6. Then add ice to the kCook bowl
7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
8. Pour content of kCook bowl into cocktail glass
9. Garnish with pineapple
10. Serve
